Working together

As a consultant, I understand that at the start of a potential collaboration it is not always immediately clear what the optimal setup should be in terms of scope, duration, required capacity, flexibility of deployment, or costs. In addition, organisations themselves may still be assessing internal availability, priorities, or readiness. Below engagement models are designed to accommodate this uncertainty.
It is about finding the best possible solution for your organisation.

Starting a Collaboration
Every engagement starts with a no-obligation conversation to understand your objectives, constraints, and context.
Not sure which engagement model fits your situation? I’m happy to discuss your context and provide an honest recommendation.

Commercial & Legal Framework
– Rate: €125 per hour (excluding VAT)

1. Risk-Free Flexible Start (Exploratory Engagement)

When it is too early to define scope, capacity, or responsibilities, we start without forcing premature decisions.

This two-month exploratory engagement allows both sides to:

  • Clarify priorities and constraints
  • Assess required capacity and role focus
  • Build trust before committing to a longer-term setup

Outcome: a clear, jointly agreed engagement model that fits your organisation.

2. ERP Delivery & Project Management Engagement

For organisations that need experienced, hands-on ERP leadership and execution, adapted to the situation.

Depending on your needs, I operate as:

  • Internal ERP Project Manager
  • Functional ERP Consultant
  • Or a hybrid role combining both

Typical situations:

  • ERP selection
  • Implementations, upgrades, or complex changes
  • Functional optimisation and business process improvement

What to expect

  • One senior point of accountability
  • Strong bridge between business, IT, and vendors
  • Pragmatic delivery with a clear focus on business outcomes

The exact balance between project leadership and functional delivery is adjusted as the engagement evolves.

3. ERP Support & Continuous Improvement

For organisations that require ongoing ERP expertise beyond project phases.

This engagement focuses on:

  • Resolving recurring ERP issues
  • Supporting users and key users
  • Structural improvements instead of ad-hoc fixes

Ideal when:

  • Internal ERP capacity is limited
  • Daily issues slow down operations
  • Stability and continuity are more valuable than short-term optimisation projects

Outcome: an ERP system that supports the business every day. Not only during change.
